Keep that mouf running!

Happy new year! New year, new music, and what a way to start 2026 off! I’ve been keeping an eye on Buddha Trixie for a hot minute now, but this recent release is an easy all-timer, and I cannot wait to see them explode over it. Mouf! is out on all streaming platforms, and I’m digging it in every format. It is such a lovely, yearny, space-y track that is such a delight on the ears. I cannot emphasize this enough, I absolutely adore the way this is mixed.

“If they ever kick you out / I would give them every doubt / keep that mouf running” is such an instant transport to me being in high school during a lovely little tumblr era of time. I absolutely adore this look back into my yearner years and while I’m living pieces of them again, I just have to have the music to accompany.

Buddha Trixie, you’ve done it again, thank you for making it onto my lovergirl playlists every time.
